One Campaign. A Full Year of Impact.
The Coy PTO Capital Campaign is our primary fundraiser supporting the experiences, activities, programs, and celebrations Coy PTO provides throughout the school year.
Instead of asking students to sell products, we're keeping it simple: students share their personal fundraising page with friends, family, neighbors, and community members who would like to support Coy.
Funds raised through the Capital Campaign help PTO provide:

PBIS rewards and student recognition

Teacher and classroom support

Family and community events

Staff appreciation

Special projects and opportunities throughout the year
Our goal is simple: raise the funds now that allow PTO to continue saying "YES!" to opportunities for Coy students all year long.
How to Participate

Find your student's personal Capital Campaign fundraising page.

Share it with grandparents, relatives, friends, neighbors, and other supporters.

Donations made through the student's page count toward their individual prize level AND their Flex Class total.

Keep sharing through the end of the campaign!

Students earn rewards based on the total amount raised through their individual fundraising page.

Single-Use Fast Pass at Coy Fest
Skip the line one time at a participating Coy Fest food truck or PTO activity.

Spirit Wear Shirt

Year-Long Multi-Use Fast Pass
Use your Multi-Use Fast Pass throughout the school year at participating Coy PTO events and activities, including opportunities such as Coy Fest, Creek Fest, dances, and more.
Flex Class Challenge
Your fundraising doesn't just count toward your individual rewards—it helps your Flex Class!
The TOP THREE fundraising Flex classes will each receive an:
Ice Cream Sandwich Party! 🍦
And there's something in it for the teachers, too:
The teacher of the #1 fundraising Flex Class will receive a $50 gift card of their choice from Coy PTO.
Coy Fest — September 18
The School-Day Celebration
We're ending the Capital Campaign with COY FEST!
Coy Fest takes place during the school day on Friday, September 18 and is a celebration for ALL Coy students, regardless of whether they participated in the fundraiser.
Students can look forward to:

Coy Cash
Students will exchange money for Coy Cash to use for food, treats, raffles, and select activities during Coy Fest.

Creek Fest — September 18
5:30–8:00 PM • Coy Middle School
After Coy Fest ends, we're inviting families and the entire Beavercreek community back to Coy Middle School for Creek Fest!
Come enjoy dinner, pick up your mums, and connect with other Creek families and community partners.
